Grade 3
The trip out to Terrigal and back to Pittwater is a good way to start stretching them sealegs for those longer trips you're thinking of for this summer. It'll be done at a cruisy pace, but at close to 45km we need to keep the momentum to get home in daylight. For that reason, the start will also be early - on the water by 8.00am latest.
The Bouddi coast is pretty speccy and the headlands punctuate the paddle nicely. Terrigal of course offers coffee etc options and provides a nice and sheltered spot for lunch.
