Lane Cove River to Cockatoo Island

We will paddle down the Lane Cove River on our way to Cockatoo Island (24 km) from Wirong Flat, River Avenue, Lane Cove. Meeting at Lane Cove National Park at 8.30 AM.  We will be paddle downstream on a falling tide and return with the rising tide. There will be a number of stops along the way and we will have a break/explore on Cockatoo Island. Probably back at cars about 1 PM.
