Stanwell Park to Gary and back

We will meet at Stanwell Park at 9.30AM to be paddling at 10AM.

It is a surf and swimmers launching site so be prepared.

Skills of grade 2 and up.

We will paddle north to Gary Beach, rest and paddle back. Total around 20-25km. We will aim to have a pace above 5.5km/h.

Expect to be back around 3pm.

We start from an ocean beach, helmets required and a minimal experience on launching into surf required.

We may not be able to land at Gary, so be prepared to have lunch on the water.

If the weather is not favorable we my go south instead.
