Minnamurra River Cruise - Mid Week

Thursday 3rd of December 2020

Start:  Car park off Charles Ave Minnamurra near the River Mouth

Distance approximately 15 km.

We will hitch the rising tide to Swamp Road bridge.  High tide approximately 11am.  After this there are some tunnel challenges.  Then return with hopefully the ebb current, though there is not a lot of strong current expected.

It is a beautiful river with flooded mangroves and crystal clear water.

If there is energy left at the end of the paddle we may paddle out to Stack Island from the river mouth and play in some small ocean waves.
