Feathercraft folding kayaks are the most versatile kayaks. Using hi-grade aluminum frames that is saltwater resistant these are truly ocean going boats.
The boat comes in a single bag, which is a must if you want to go overseas with airlines that lmit thenumber of bags.
I bought this boat second hand for a trip to Canada. I am selling it now as I have no longer a need for it. It was built in 1989 and the previous owner did have one incident where a number of small repairs to the skin were required. I have renovated those repairs using the manufacturer recommended two component glue and it is stronger than ever. I did take it down the Murray river recently and it has performed very well.

Folding Kayak - Poucher SE2005

This is a beautiful folding kayak with a frame made out of ash and beech. The materials used are top quality and the result is a boat that you can transport to remote locations.
Have a look at some photos of some trips I did, including the southwest of Tasmania.
Built in 2005 I haven't used it a lot so I am selling it with a heavy heart.

Pittarak Sea Kayak with retractable Skeg. Excellent condition and has had are use as we have been living west for the last three years. This is my personal kayak and is in good condition. Turquoise blue deck; white hull and grey seam. It is a vacuum bagged composite lay-up and has an over the back rudder; comfortable Valley seats and back bands; and Valley oval hatches fore and aft for ease of access into the storage compartments. It retains much of the user-friendly characteristics of the Atlantic single, while still providing a reasonably quick ride with good carrying capacity. At 20 feet long (6.1 metres) it's easier to car top and store than some of the longer doubles on the market, and this length coupled with a beam of just 65cm keeps the boat moving along at a good cruising pace; whilst still allowing for easier manouvering than longer and/or wider craft.

I have my a Zegul 550 Carbon Kevlar with trailing rudder for sale. I bought it in April 2011.
The Kayak is immaculate and I am asking $ 3000 ONO ($ 3890 new).
Two Reed spray skirts with it for $200.00 to fit kayak.
Also Have Epic wing paddle. Paid $360 ,take $260.00 ( the paddle is in A1 condition).
I will do a better deal if purchase all together. $ $3100 for the lot
I really only used the boat to complete the Hawkesbury Classic in 2011 and due to work don’t have time to use it. I have been offshore it in once and the stability and speed is awesome.
Great boat, if you want a test paddle I am happy to meet somewhere. I am based in Hunter Valley NSW.
